Hangtag Guidelines in Four LanguagesApril 2020

Product hangtag regulations vary by export country and item, requiring the inclusion of key legal details (such as minimum font size, icon size, etc.). In practice, however, designers and MDs frequently adjust font sizes and verify compliance, leading to significant time spent on creating hangtags—items that are only briefly attached to the product. Due to the complexity of the requirements, the number of pages for each design also varied. To address this challenge, I developed a streamlined process that simplified the core layout, enabling more efficient and consistent internal sharing and use across teams.
